Midgard, a leading construction company, has been officially named as the contractor for the final phase of the Heart of Hale regeneration project in north London. This marks the conclusion of the project’s second phase, bringing much-needed revitalization to the Tottenham Hale area.

Related Argent, the project’s developer, has secured a £243m loan from ICG Real Estate for the implementation of the Build-to-Rent (BtR) scheme in Tottenham Hale. Design of the Heart of Hale Project
The final phase of the 3.5-acre Heart of Hale site will comprise three towers, each reaching up to 38-storeys. The design of these towers was entrusted to Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMN), a renowned architectural practice known for its innovative and sustainable designs.
